Our stay at the J.W. Marriott was very nice. The staff was excellent. Our room was great except the mattress was too hard. We've stayed at many Marriott hotels and one of our main attractions is the comfortable beds. This bed was not comfortable. The climate control did not warm the room. Lastly, our in-room food orders were not delivered as ordered. These are easy fixes outside of the mattress. We enjoyed our stay.
