Offered to call us early once our room was ready for faster/earlier check-in. The area around the hotel couldn’t have been better. Arrivée sur place j'ai du appeler help desk qui ont finalement trouvé ma réservation et renvoyé le lien pour le check in, rien je se passe après l'enregistrement, j'attends plus de 15min, je rappelle numéro, me dise que c'est incomplèt, heureusement que j'ai fait un screen shot que check in réussi, je leur envoi, me demande de déposer un msg sur le site du quel j'ai fait ma réservation.
