Sandman Signature St. John's Hotel

"Generally, a good stay and if we were in St. John's again we would seriously consider staying at Sandman. Unfortunately, neither the pool or the gym were available. I had to ask for a rubber mat for the shower and was told mats were only provided for customers with bath tubs, which we did not have. That is a terrible policy as the shower was very slippery. As well, there needs to be a review about allowing pets to stay in rooms. We had a very yappy little obnoxious dog right next door, but he, (and his owner) were both given another room. There was also a very large and vicious looking dog, fortunately muzzled) walking the halls with its owner. I hate to think what could happen if that dog was somehow allowed to escape. Very good that a Denny's and Moxie's were both on site. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Good parking accommodations."

"We had a great stay here. The room was very clean, and the property itself was spacious and well-maintained. The large windows provided plenty of natural light and beautiful views, making the space feel open and inviting. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay."

"Happy that they had gluten free options for breakfast. The room was not bad at all but the bathroom sink did not drain properly (filled up half way just from brushing teeth, then took forever to drain out) and also leaked a lot around the faucet. The bed pillows were not comfortable and we woke up with sore necks."
