"I had to talk to the manager for the van not giving us a ride to the swimming pool. They said they would pick us up in 10 minutes but no one showed up. The manager was nice to give us some perks. But the staff needs more training. The breakfast was really good"

"The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. ..."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location ..."
