"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated. A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."

"Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed."

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "

"Peaceful, serene, quiet, oasis - all these words come to mind when I think of Open Sea Suites. Such a lovely surprise when we walked in the door, even down to the welcoming soft smell. I found myself scrunching my towel up to my nose for a deep sniff before I used it, don't change your laundry soap! So clean, so close to everything, so thoughtfully equipped, would love to stay here again if we make it back to the Canary Islands. Thank you, your vision for this place is truly a gift to your customers "

"Handy location for beach and good bus service nearby. Rooms clean and quirky with glasd bathroom . Bed very comy. Could be a bit noisy with traffic. Rooftop area nice to relax. Shame bar not open."
