At the top of a small hill in the Massif des Maures, within a secure estate, this very spacious villa enjoys a dominant position offering a clear panoramic view of vineyards, the bay of Hyères, the Golden Isles, and the surrounding hills. At your disposal, in a natural environment, a beautiful pool, a large terrace to relax, sunbathe, or have lunch while enjoying a superb panoramic view to the sound of cicadas.

Just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, as well as the pier for the Isle of Porquerolles. 5 minutes from the Club House of the International Valcros Golf Course. The ideal starting point to explore this magnificent region.

Villa of approximately 220 sqm on 1,500 sqm of enclosed land.
On two levels for 6 people:
Level 1: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, terrace with panoramic view of the hills, a bedroom with a double bed opening onto a terrace and pool, bathroom with separate toilet.

On the upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, and toilet.

Indoor and outdoor parking, air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit of €1500 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €200.

Très bon séjour

Super maison où nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Grande terrasse très agréable et bien aménagée donnant sur la piscine (bien plus petite que sur la photo mais agréable). Joli jardin très bien entretenu. Chambres climatisées Douche parentale avec jets Volets électriques sur toutes les fenêtres du rdc Luminaires intérieurs et extérieurs top. Électroménager de qualité. Réfrigérateur américain (Il manque des moules à gâteaux et des plats pour les servir et une grande poêle mais sinon il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut) On sent que la maison est habitée par des personnes soigneuses et soucieuses du confort. On se sent vraiment bien dans cette maison (intérieur et extérieur). Je vous la recommande.
