Appartement propre, calme et bien situé. Cependant, l'appartement ne contient pas tous les équipements de base : pas de couettes/couvertures sur la literie, pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, réfrigérateur/congélateur éteint. Il convient de préciser sur l'annonce que la remise des clés se fait dans une autre commune.
