The mazet is designed to maximise space and comfort for everyone. The ground floor opens onto a cosy living room (with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed) and a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. You’ll find an intimate master bedroom (140 cm bed) and a bathroom with a tub, ideal for when the kids come back from the beach. Upstairs, the charming loft with a double bed (140 cm) and storage space is sure to delight teenagers or your guests.

The property is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Safety, Terrace, and Water Fun:

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private terrace that’s fully enclosed for the safety of young children. The retractable awning lets you enjoy lunch in the shade in complete peace of mind. The residence features a pleasant communal pool (open from May 1 to September 30), fully secured, so you can alternative between swimming in the ocean and relaxing in the pool. A private parking space is included, saving you the hassle of finding a spot.

An ideal location for family activities:

The cottage enjoys a prime location, making it easy to explore the area. The magnificent fine-sand beaches of Miramar and L’Argentière are right nearby, perfect for children thanks to their calm waters. From the port of La Londe, take the whole family on a boat trip to the Îles d’Or (Porquerolles and Port-Cros) for a magical day of exploration. The bike paths and the coastal trail (towards Pellegrin Beach) promise superb walks.

To help you avoid overpacking, La Conciergerie des Palmiers offers optional linens upon request (please reserve 48 hours in advance).

We’ll personally welcome you on-site from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (off-season) or from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (in summer). To ensure a warm welcome, it is essential that you provide your exact arrival time.
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

These amounts will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
