No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs."

"Nice hotel and great staff. The young lady at reception arranged tours and was very helpful. There's only one restaurant closeby that serves dinner. For other meals and supermarkets, walk 20 mins to centro so location is not that great of you don't have a vehicle. Otherwise a pleasant stay."

"The front desk staff were good and helpful. The room is decent for the price in the area. Breakfast is OK but a bit limited in choice. We used the restaurant once in the evening and would not recommend it, especially if you don't speak Spanish. The food was good but it was a constant back and forth (made worse by lack of Spanish on our part) to get different parts of the meal delivered. One caution - don't use the taxi service the hotel recommends as they are very unreliable. The hotel should really stop suggesting them."
