Parece que es temporada baja estaba muy solo pero lo disfruté mucho, triste que lugares tan bellos no tengan tanta influencia poco personal pero muy amable!!! Solo que si había eses en el pasto y en los dos días no se porque no las retiraron si si vi al personal de limpieza barriendo

En general el servicio está bien, pero para lo que ofrecen está un poco caro, ya que la habitación para dos personas ni siquiera incluye baño propio. No hay aire acondicionado y la cabaña es un poco claustrofóbica.

El hotel es lindo. El servicio es muy malo. No hay gente en recepción, no contestan al teléfono, solo hay 1 persona para atender ya sea el restaurante o más atenciones. Si mejoraran el servicio sería un buen hotel, pero por el servicio yo no volvería.

Buenas instalaciones pero falta de sanitarios en cabañas demasiado pequeñas y con costo elevado. Tuvimos que pagar 1000 pesos más para que nos cambiaran a una cabaña de 6 en donde entramos 4 por no haber de este numero

La vdd les falta organización y personal el de recepción anda en todos lados, el restaurante le faltaba mucho no tenia muchos platillos que estaban en la carta y super tardados . No estan al pendiente de lo k se puede ofrecer a los clientes
