Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
king suite was spacious for the two of us, great location in gaslamp, bed was super comfy, pool/sun was great on 4th floor, staff was great. ONLY thing was the restaraunt was not great and charging $7 for a water bottle is absurd. but yeah other than that amazing.

Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Claim Jumper restaurant waiters Joel and Eli particularly good in spite of being extremely busy.

Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle
The location was great, Hotel Circle is central to everything. The room was clean, the staff was excellent! We stayed in a kitchenette room and it was great to have. We'll stay there again!
