Cracked kitchen sink which does not drain and no draining board/rack. No hot water in the downstairs basin. Downstairs shower didn't work at all. (No hot water supply to the whole of the ground floor.) Frequent power cuts. Inadequate heating for a winter stay. Unsafe kettle. Mains electricity cable was severed in a storm, leaving the house...

"About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

Todas las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas.El trato que ofrecen Gerrit y Eveline (gestión del apartamento) es genial. La comunicación es fluida y amable. "Casa muy agradable, muy buena ubicación para visitar el cabo de gata. Recordad hablar con Consuelo para acceder por la carretera hasta la casa ya que google maps te lleva por un camino sin asfaltar. Excelente comunicacion con Consuelo. Lo unico que tuvimos mala suerte e hizo frio y la casa no tiene calefacción. no a no tiene calefacción. "
