"Canadian here. My wife (American) and I went to this resort on the last leg of our honeymoon for 5 nights in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub and ocean view. Despite the poor first impression, we had an excellent time! Facts: -The food was consistently outstanding at the buffet. They had a different meal theme each night we were there. -Next to the resort is a free natural swimming pool that is iconic in beauty and fun. The pool is shallow enough to walk in & be warm, and the ocean waves crash into & over the pool making for magical pictures. It's about 5 min from the resort (you can see it from the resort). It's NOT something for people who cannot walk well. This was our favorite part! (Piscina Natural Acantilado de Los Gigantes on Google) -About a 20 min walk south is Playa de la Arena. A black sand beach that is also beautiful. -The pier is a 20 min walk north, where you can rent jet skis (recommended but extra €) at Los Gigantes Blue or catch a boat tour. -All around the resort are good restaurants, and there is a corner store next to the resort too! -3 pools; all are very nice. -Spa seemed meh, but cheapish. -Tennis costs €5 for 1 hr with a €20 cash deposit. -Extra towels are €2. -The on-resort night performances were mid during our stay, and the activities were lackluster. Enjoyable, but not exceptional. -As a Canadian / American, getting here can be difficult; mostly the other guests were Europeans. -People all understood English, or found someone who did."

"we stayed for 2 nights and had a lovey stay, pool was great relaxing and not to busy , lots of loungers and the restaurant and bar was good value, we had lunch and paella dinner which was delicious. would stay again very good value for money and everywhere was very clean"

" What an incredible place to stay! We spent 2 amazing weeks here as two families and the villa had everything we could possibly need. There was so much space that we never felt on top of each other, while the beautiful living areas were perfect for bringing everyone together.The location and views are outstanding. We loved BBQing on the balcony while watching the most incredible sunsets, and there are also some fantastic restaurants nearby.It’s around a 12–15 minute walk to the harbour and into Los Gigantes. The walk back takes a little longer as the villa is on an incline, but this was no problem for us and the views make it worthwhile! We didn’t hire a car and never felt we needed one – taxis were easy to get when required.A huge highlight was the whale-watching boat trip from the harbour – an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience! We also explored the mountains, swam in the ocean and visited Siam Park at night, which the kids AND adults loved! The most amazing 2 weeks in a truly special place. We were so sad to leave and will 100% be back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! "

"Good communication from host, easy check in, great views and nice balcony, kitchen has all you need, convenient pool directly outside apartment, convenient to beach and town. It was a lovely stay however apartment could do with new beds and pillows as they weren't comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay in Los Gigantes. The property is perfectly located, just a few minutes’ walk from the restaurants and the port, while still offering amazing views of the Los Gigantes cliffs.One of the highlights of our stay was spending every evening watching the sunset with a glass of wine it was absolutely perfect. The setting, location, and atmosphere made it a truly memorable trip.Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful property within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach, with a stunning view of Los Gigantes, it feels like having your own private vantage point from the balcony every day. People travel for miles to see these incredible cliffs, which are even taller than the Empire State Building.The apartment was very well equipped, including a coffee machine and milk frother (a real bonus) and everything was clean and spacious.Los Gigantes itself is quite lively, and some noise does carry on the breeze, but it’s a lovely town, away from the busier crowds of the south while still enjoying the same great weather (unlike the north of the island).Thanks for a great stay, Maria."
