Bathroom (bath), separate WC. Private outdoor area with barbecue and garden furniture. Garage (2 vehicles). Total floor area: 154m². Ski La Giettaz/Domain les Portes du Mont-Blanc at 200m. Praz sur Arly cross-country ski trails 16km. Snowshoes 200m. Winter only: shops on site + free shuttle to La Giettaz. Telephone and internet network limited according to the operators. Individual chalet on the edge of a typical Val d'Arly residential hamlet. Quality environment (forest, stream). Immediate proximity to the slopes and shops and services (in season). Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Vast and pleasant natural terrain. Large sheltered balcony terrace facing south-east. Contemporary chalet located at the foot of the slopes of Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc (445km of ski slopes linking La Giettaz, Megève, Combloux, St Gervais, St Nicolas de Véroce and Contamines-Montjoie). Typical hamlet nestled at the bottom of a charming valley. Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails from the cottage. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs, including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 53km away, Chamonix, world renowned city for hikers and mountaineers.
