18th century village house in the heart of the medieval town of La Garde, with its picturesque Provençal streets, artisans and fountains. Located 4 km from the seafront and the beaches of La Garde and the many beaches of Pradet, you will fall under the charm of this typical building. Finally, for those who love the fine sand, the house is located 8 km from the great beaches of Toulon to the Mourillon, and all the nautical activities Located in the center of the Garde, quiet but close to all amenities (shops of mouths, superettes ...) and many restaurants, you will find space in the large covered parking free Gérard Philippe.
For cyclists, bike paths will allow you to go from Toulon to Hyéres and if you prefer walking, you can make nice walks along the coast. An ideal starting point to discover the coast: from the creeks of Cassis (40 km) to Saint Tropez (50 km). You can go 4 km in the pretty coves of Magot and Mejean (sand and pebbles). You will enjoy 8 km of the great sandy beaches of Mourillon (free parking). Do not hesitate to take the boat to Toulon to discover the most beautiful bay of Europe and go for a walk to Mount Faron to visit the zoo and the memorial At about 3 km you can discover the pretty beaches of Pradet. In 30 mn: embark for the islands d?gold at 30 mn: visit Bandol, Sanary In 5 minutes, you go to the golf of Valgarde 30 minutes from the Castellet circuit. On foot you access all the shops (bakery, pharmacy, superette, hairdresser ...). A large shopping center (Carrefour, Ikea ...) is just a short drive away You reach in 10 mn the motorways in the direction of Nice (A57) or Marseille (A50). Toulon SNCF railway station is 15 minutes away and Toulon Hyéres airport is 20 minutes away. Note that the commune of the guard is also served by a railway station.
The ground floor includes a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a huge bathroom with bath and wc First floor, you will find a large living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas piano, fridge-freezer, microwave). From the kitchen you can admire a beautiful view of the church steeple.
On the second and last floor, you have 2 bedrooms fully furnished and equipped with a bed of 140, a 3rd room with a bed of 90 cm, a separate toilet and a shower room. For baby a cot is available.
Rates are indicated for the entire rental. A deposit of 30 percent is payable on booking, the balance 15 days before the stay, and a deposit of 500 euros, returned within one week after departure.
Rentals start on Saturday, the house is available from 2pm and must be vacated at 11am.

A very well equipped and central house. Air conditioning was a must as the weather was hot. The host were very helpful and welcoming. We were luckily as there was a festival while we were there and it was a lot of fun.
Didier was an excellent host - we communicated frequently and his responses were prompt. The home was spacious and clean. It is located in the heart of the medieval village of La Gare - an attraction to explore on it's own. The location is close to a supermarket and the town square which has cafes, shops and frequent market days. We used our home as base to explore the entire area from Marseilles to Menton and were never more than 90 minutes from home. We highly recommend Didier and his home.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke. Man ist super schnell an verschiedenen schönen Stränden (10 min mit dem Auto oder 45-50 Minuten Fußweg oder auch mit dem Bus). La Garde ist klein und beschaulich und es gibt wenige Touristen. Didier ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. Wir hatten drei Schlüssel und waren als Gruppe ganz unabhängig. Einen Balkon oder Terasse haben wir nicht vermisst, da man so schnell am Strand sein kann oder auch in La Garde draußen sitzen kann. 10/10 !!
Ein entspannter Urlaub in Südfrankreich. Mitten in der Altstadt von La Garde mit gebührenfreien Parkplätzen in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage, mit Bäcker, Fleischer, Minimarkt in nächster Nähe, erlebten wir einen erholsamen und ruhigen Badeurlaub. Strände und Badebuchten gab es zu viele, um alle zu sehen. Das Haus selber ist eines der interessantesten Ferienhäuser, das ich bisher bewohnt habe. Ein mittelalterliches 3-stöckiges Stadthaus, sehr gepflegt mit allem was man als Urlauber braucht. Ein bisschen Fußmarsch vom Parkplatz zum Haus gehört dazu ( nicht immer einfach bei über 30°C ), um in freundlicher Nachbarschaft, in kleinen Gassen, historisch spannend zu wohnen.
Didier der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

La maison est situé dans une rue calme et agréable de la vieille ville.
Superbe maison, idéalement situé dans le centre historique de La Garde. Elle conviendra parfaitement à une famille nombreuse. Elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Sa situation permet de rejoindre rapidement les plages et les villes les plus prisées de la région. L’accueil de Didier a été au top franchement rien a redire. Encore merci à lui.

Grande maison, chacun peut avoir son espace. Maison avec toutes les commodités ! Le plus, le propriétaire nous a installés autant de ventilo que de chambre, donc avec la canicule c’était génial. Nous connaissions bien la région et la ville donc rien à dire.
