"The property and area are incredibly beautiful. The room was very cleanly and nice with a spectacular ocean view. The employees all work very hard and the resort is top class. The reason that we are giving a four star review instead of the full five is because we contracted food sickness after visiting the Sake restaurant on our third evening there. The sickness was very powerful, lingering throughout the next three days, affecting our stay and limiting our diet to ginger ale and bananas. Furthermore, the hotel kitchen for room service delivered more incorrect orders than correct ones. Whether ordered in English or Spanish, there were usually several elements of the order that were missing or forgotten. It seemed that the folks working there were overwhelmed and could use extra help. Aside from our experience with Sake, the food was all very delicious, the views were incredible, the pool was amazing and the staff very nice. Thank you for the hospitality and be careful around the sushi!"

"This is our first time to Cabo and to an all-inclusive property. The resort overall is overall clean, quite well run. There is direct access to the beach although it is not swimmable - there were patrols to ensure we didn't walk too close to the waves. The hotel room was spacious although could use some upgrades in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was great and prompt to response to our requests via their Hyatt app. We were happy with the food options - all the restaurants had great selections and quality for decent for the price point. I especially appreciate the large selection of mocktails since our kids got to enjoy some "fancier" drinks than just juices. One thing to improve would be on the consistency of restaurant service - we had a couple great servers but overall we had to ask for the same things several times. We also appreciate the option to drop off our kids at the Explorer Club so we could enjoy the meal at the adult-only restaurant. The kids club seems very fun as they have different activities throughout the day everyday. Our kids were only there for 2 hours and they had a great time. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Dreams and would recommend the property. "

"Property exceeded our expectations as we arrived with a newly renovated reception area. Truly gorgeous. The rest of the resort is slightly outdated as well as the rooms. Clean simple rooms that they clean everyday. Oceanfront location and you can hear the waves. Two pool bars. Only one restaurant and one snack place. "
