House of around 50m² comprising a ground floor comprising living room with rapido sofa bed, kitchenette, WC, garden with terrace and furniture.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer bed, bathroom and cupboards.
Shared swimming pool heated from the second half of April depending on weather conditions until the end of September, park, children's playground, laundromat (payable).
Private underground parking space + Free outdoor parking adjacent to the residence.
