"The hotel is set is lovely surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing with nice pool area. Can’t comment on the food as restaurant was shut when we stayed - also very limited places to eat in local town on a Monday too."
"A fabulous stay and spotlessly clean We had a friendly welcome, a great breakfast with lots of homemade cakes and jams. The owner has lots of time for all the guests and also took the time to explain a local running route."
"The staff is really nice! Pool is amazing and the bouncy structure really fun for kids. This is a great place to stay with kids. Our room wasn’t overly clean but wasn’t dirty. The hotel smells really bad in some areas. But other than that, beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet:)"

The bathroom was clean but the shower could do with a refurbishment or deep clean as a bit shabby around the edges. Nearby are many places to eat, all within easy walking distance and one right next door. I will use them again wgen on holiday in the region as good value👍"

The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus.
