It comprises: a kitchen equipped with a hob (3 gas burners + 1 electric hob), an electric oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher; adjoining the kitchen is a pantry with a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and toaster; a large living/dining room with a television; a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm); a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm); a WC with a washbasin; a shower room with a shower and vanity unit; a garage with a washing machine and fridge/freezer; and at the rear of the garage, a bedroom furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room with a shower and vanity unit. Garden with parking space, terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and sun loungers. - High-quality, quiet residence near the forest - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is available through our partner, please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings.
