"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit plus, la cheminée (mais il faut veiller à prévoir son bois car il n'y en a pas à disposition). La location est bien située à 15 min de la Rochelle. La literie n'est toutefois pas très confortable et il n'y a pas de produits ménagers à disposition; ce qui ne facilite pas le ménage de fin de séjour."

"ATTENTION !! La prix pour une nuit est une arnaque !! 795 €, pas un drap, pas une serviette, pas un rouleau de papier toilette !!! Le logement est à peine propre, vieillot , les installations ont l'air d'avoir été faites par un amateur peu doué pour le bricolage. Le petit électroménager est du premier prix de Gifi et sale aussi. N'ayant pas l'habitude on s'est dit que c'etait les prix pratiqués dans ce secteur en été mais on était à un mariage ou un autre groupe de 10 avait trouvé pour 2 fois...

"Petite maisonnette T3 proche du centre ville et de l’aquarium Pratique pour séjourner quelques jours mais pas sur du long avec des enfants en bas âge. Avec les escaliers un peu dangereux sur le palier à l’étage. Manque une barrière qui semblait exister à l’époque. Juste un peu bruyant puisque située sur un axe très passant. Stationnement gratuit à proximité. Les informations d’arrivée étaient très claires de la part de la propriétaire."

"La RoseTremiere was a great place to spend a month in Ile de Ré . the central location in Rivedoux village was fantastic to walk around everywhere for shopping , walks on the beach ..... "La maison a effectivement été rénovée, mais il y a sans doute 5 ou 6 ans étant donné l’usure de la terrasse et des plinthes de la salle de bains. L’habitation se situe dans un quartier très calme et proche du centre ville. La maison est bien agencée. Les draps sont fournis. Dommage pour la cuisine sale; la vaisselle et l’éponge étaient particulièrement crasseuses. Pas de savon, ni de torchon propres, souvent fournis dans les locations. "This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous The hotel is on street level and has a lift The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous "

Room 004 Kyriad Direct Aytre

"Our room was 004. Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything. One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms. Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light. I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at. The pool was very nice I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!"
