"Had to leave early due to the Winter storm coming. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights but ended staying for 2 nights. They also never checked me out when i left before 10am on Saturday. Waiting for my refund for the 1 night"

"We stayed in a newly remodeled room... very firm new couch couch, turned into a pull out couch for sleeping arrangements , and that was decently comfortable for our two kids. there was not a dim enough light for a night light , so I kept the microwave open all night. and there were only three pillows for the king bed...but we were too tired and distracted to go ask for more bedding, so I guess it was fine. the blanket that was our extra bedding was very stiff and uncomfortable.. but everything else was nice. and the staff who allowed an early check-in were very nice. Cleaning staff were very nice. The breakfast was ample ... made my day. I don't think it helps to have real dishes and silverware for breakfast but some people might like that, more than paper plates. The pool is underwhelming -- you access by walking into the Breezeway that is the main entrance. so you're basically walking towards the outside to get to the pool, opening the automatic door to the cold wind while you're in a swimsuit. Walkable to downtown scene, thats the main thing."

"We put down a $100 dollar down payment for a “local fee” we were told we would get it back at check out if the room wasn’t damaged, okay fair. When we were checking out they told us to leave without giving us the down payment back but we spoke up and they said okay one moment checked the room said something about how she can give us $75 back cash and the rest on card bc it would be easier but we never received the other $25 it was all very confusing and stressful would’ve just stayed out of town if I knew abt a local fee as well "
