"Special shout out to Anthony on 9/17 who did some quick-thinking troubleshooting to resolve a problem with our reservation. I thought I reserved a double queen room but when we arrived, there was one bed in an ADA room. We had had a long day's drive and really wanted/needed our own beds to rest. Anthony swapped our room with another guest who needed only one bed. We really appreciated his effort to resolve the situation."

"Loved everything about this stay except the breakfast. The options were plentiful but all the items that were supposed to be hot were warm/cold with no option to heat up items via a microwave. "

"I love all the high end touches you added to the hotel. The keeping the integrity of the establishment was amazing! I appreciated the old hard wood floors in the rooms with the added new modern tile work. The pictures in the bathroom could have been a higher class of art but the wallpaper was very nice. "
