NEW Beautiful Downtown Historic 3 bedroom apartment on iconic Pearl Street

For anyone that loves historic buildings, coffee shops, and/or bookstores this is the place for you!!!

This recently restored apartment is absolutely stunning. Located above La Crosse’s first coffee shop, Jules Coffee House and Pearl Street Bookstore on the iconic two blocks of Pearl Street.

The space features exposed brick, tall ceilings, lots of sunlight, high end appliances, mattresses and fixtures, marble countertops, hand carved clay tile from Italy, and the original wood floors and trim.

Walking distance to everything downtown! 2 blocks from The La Crosse Center, Mississippi River, and Riverside Park.

Located on the second level, no elevator.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire apartment and staircase. There is an on site bookstore and coffee shop - both with their own separate entrances.

Perfect location

Wonderful VRBO on Pearl street. Charming, comfortable and clean. High ceilings and state of the art appliances. The steps leading to the unit are pretty steep, slightly difficult with luggage. PQ

La Crosse College Graduation

We rented out this place due to the location, ratings and how the photos looked online. This place did not disappoint it had everything we needed. Not to mention a fantastic location, just a walk down the block to the graduation. And to a ton of restaurants, coffee houses and yes bars. I would definitely recommend it. And Tiffany, the owner has an eye for decor that I wish I had. Anytime I asked her a question she was right on it. We would definitely come back.
