Perfect location if staying in La Crosse! Very close to 3rd Street if you want to be able to walk around exploring the downtown. My friends and I spent a weekend snowboarding in Mt Lacrosse and it was a quick drive over as well. The parking spot in the back is very convenient. Beds are firm and comfoetabl
Hello, we stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The apartment is huge, clean and beds super comfortable! We also loved being just a short walk to literally everything in downtown and the waterfront. Had to contact owner and responded right away.
Good place and great location. Be prepared for the amount of stairs. Also, be aware of the pitbull in the other apartment.

rental was good and clean. parking was not the greatest. too many steps and only 1 bathroom for 8 people. location was great for our wedding we attended
Very Nice and clean...pay attention to the listing
Steps...lots of steps....other than needing a key to get in, take planning to returning if the people staying are on different schedules leaving.
The listing is very accurate though and it tells you everything up feont. The property is very nice and clean. No issues on our stay. Very well placed in downtown La Crosse. Just a walk and a skip from everything downtown. We really liked like the availability to the Breakfast Club for in the morning!!!
Great location to downtown/noisy heater & cold water
Our stay and the apartment was nice. The property manager was very helpful with suggestions on things to do or visit. Our only complaints were when the heat was on, it was extremely loud. If you want to watch tv, the volume has to be extremely loud to hear it. Also, you literally had to run the water for 5 minuets before it got hot. Noone wants to take a cold shower. it
With 4 adults staying there having only one key to door on street was very inconvenient. Place was fine. Hot was slow to arrive, but eventually got there.
Place was roomy and met expectations, parking was a bit tricky, had too park 2 cars in a row, third car had to wing it, as street parking was only 2 hours…the only other complaint was entry to Vrbo was not fun, needed keys , so there was a lot of up and down the stairs to let each other in as we all had different plans, first person in always had the keys.
You can't beat the location of this apartment - right in the heart of the downtown, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a couple of blocks. We parked the car behind the building and didn't go back to until we left after the weekend.
It's a little tricky to get in so pay close attention to the instructions. There are multiple flights of stairs so be aware of that. The apartment itself was large, clean and well appointed. It faces onto the back alley so no street noise, very quiet and comfortable.
We had four adults on a girls weekend and it was a perfect choice for that.
Great location, communication and cute place! He said there were steps and if your not use to steps be prepared 🤣 No smoking in building g but the first night we smelt something land it was coming thru the vent which I was sitting across from blowing straight at me put it this way it wasn’t cigarette smoke! Every night we got back we could smell it thru out the night. Our grandson came back with us Friday night after tournament and we were watching TV and he’s like what the heck is that smell.!! That night it was horrible in bedrooms.
There are some businesses below that were mainly closed during our stay and either a tenant or another rental across hall. We would stay again location was great we arrived Wednesday night and never drove car until we left on Saturday !
In a great location, though it did have a bit of an “escape room” vibe to figure out how to get in and find the actual apartment, but once in, it was very nice. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained. Had an issue with the heat not working. Apparently the boiler kicked out, so it was just blowing cold air, but was able to get it resolved the next morning which was good as it was February and cold! Parked in the back off the alley which was a bit confusing as where to actually park. It had snowed and the side apparently where the sign was for apartment B was full of snow so we parked over a bit and that wasn’t correct as there was a note on our windshield to that effect. Not sure how 2 vehicles would fit if parking directly in front of the sign? Especially with the snow. Would have been nice to get in the building from the back alley as it was a bit of a pain to haul all the stuff we had along all the way around the building to the entrance.
Overall great space.
