Villa Sans Pareil is a typical Provençal house - a famous Provençal architect had originally built it for his self – and is located above the town centre of La Croix Valmer. It is built into the side of a hill and has a fantastic view of the ocean and landscape. You can take walks from the house for hours. The beach is 8 minutes away by car. It has two floors, a large living room and a dining room, a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, antique and Provençal furniture, three terraces, a hillside garden typical for the Mediterranean with palms, cypresses, cactus, bougainvillea and other lusciously blooming shrubs, a covered and protected parking space for one car - to put it in a nut shell - it is a dream.
Thanks to its natural location as a single-family home on a hill and surrounded by a garden, it guarantees great protection against contamination by COVID-19.
The house is equipped with vintage and Provençal furniture as well as all necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, satellite television, hi-fi system etc.). It offers free Wifi with fiber optics connection.

Das Beste an dem Haus ist der fantastische Blick und die Terrasse. Ruhige, gute Lage, um die Natur und die umgebenden Dörfer zu besichtigen. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war neu und sehr gut. Das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer war zwar ausreichend groß, quietscht aber bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Da würde ein neues Bett sicher eine große Verbesserung bedeuten, das ist laut Aussage des Vermieters wohl auch geplant. Das Elternbad befindet sich en suite, das zweite Bad für das andere Zimmer ein Stockwerk tiefer. Wir hatten bei herrlichem Wetter eine sehr gute Zeit.

Villa provençale typique au milieu des arbres avec une très belle vue sur la baie
Villa provençale bien équipée située sur les hauteurs de la Croix-Valmer avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Espaces extérieurs très agréables. La suite parentale est très bien, dommage que la deuxième chambre soit aussi petite.
Les propriétaires sont très prévenants.

Idyllisch gelegenes und sehr behagliches Haus, eben "Ohnegleichen"
Was für ein Unterschied zu so vielen anderen Ferienhäusern. Oftmals werden als Einrichtung ja nur eine Ikea-Auswahlsendung plus vom Eigentümer ausrangiertem klobigen Ledersofa angeboten. Die sehr persönliche Ausstattung dieses Hauses wurde offensichtlich einmal liebevoll und mit Herzblut für den eigenen Bedarf ausgesucht und evoziert so das Gefühl, privat zu Gast zu sein. Auf der Terrasse zBsp. steht kein billiges Plastikgestühl, sondern schöne (und deswegen sorgsam zu behandelnde) Sitze aus Naturmaterialien, in der sehr ordentlich ausgestatteten Küche findet man auch Kuchengabeln für die feinen Törtchen der Boulangerie "des Palmiers" in La Croix Valmer, die Betten bieten die gewohnte Länge, was in Frankreich durchaus auch ganz anders sein kann, usw. Last not least wird das Gebäude von der sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Madame Stéphanie als Verwalterin betreut. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen und werden gerne in diese Oase der Ruhe zurückkehren.

Absolutes Traumhaus!
Wir ( Paar, 13 jähriger Sohn) kommen gerade aus einem 2 wöchigen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus!
Es gab und gibt nichts, woran es etwas zu kritisieren gibt.
Alle Versprechungen, die in der Beschreibung gemacht wurden, haben sich erfüllt. Die Umgebung und der Terrassenblick sind auf Fotos nicht festzuhalten ; das Summen der Bienen im Garten, den Pinienduft und das Zirpen der Zikaden möchte man in Gläsern einfangen und mitnehmen.

Herrlicher Rückzugsort mit Weitblick
Das Anwesen schmiegt sich in die Hügel und bietet einen wundervollen Blick über Dorf und Hügel aufs Meer. Der schöne Garten und mehrere Terrassen laden dazu ein, Sonne und Weitblick zu genießen. Das Grundstück ist nicht einzusehen und ruhig gelegen, so dass man sich ausbreiten und den Aufenthalt ungestört genießen kann. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet - und eine Küche die derart zur Verwendung einlädt habe ich in Ferienhäusern bisher selten erlebt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit ebenso herzlich wie reibungslos, und auch unseren abweichenden Wünsche zu den Reisedaten wurden problemlos umgesetzt - ein freundliches Entgegenkommen. Insgesamt in jeder Hinsicht eine Empfehlung!

Schöner Ort
Ein besonderes Haus, dessen Garten und Panorama eine hypnotisierende und beglückende Wirkung ausüben. Gelegentlich überqueren Katzen mit höflichen Umgangsformen die Terrasse. Ortszentrum und Meer sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie mit dem Auto die westlichen und östlichen Küstengegenden bis hin nach Cannes oder Antibes. Saint-Tropez liegt um die Ecke, und da liegt es auch ganz gut. Wer hingegen die Einsamkeit sucht, wird sie auf einer Wanderung im Massif des Maures nicht verfehlen. Sehr freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, was für die Verwalterin vor Ort gleichermaßen gilt. Abends nötigt der Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire-Sur-Mer dazu, Wein zu konsumieren, wobei hier die regionalen Erzeugnisse nachdrücklich empfohlen werden können.
