In a residence with 2 apartments, built in 1960, located in the center of La Clusaz. 150 m from the Champ Giguet ski lesson departures and summer leisure base. Walking access to all amenities, shops, ice rink in winter, ski slopes, hiking trails. View of the Aravis mountain range.

LIVING ROOM: 14.58 m2 (PVC floor) 1 sofa (140), television, Hi-Fi system, an east-facing bay window, French door leading to a small balcony.

EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 3.40 m2, sink, 4-burner induction hob, oven, 120 L fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, raclette, fondue and pierrade appliances, filter coffee maker, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment,

BEDROOM 1: 8.72 m2 (PVC floor) 1 DOUBLE BED (140), wardrobe-closet, west-facing window.

BEDROOM 2: 7.87 m2 (PVC floor) 2 SUPERIMPOSED SINGLE BEDS (90), wardrobe-closet, west-facing French door leading to a balcony,

L'emplacement est le premier des critères de choix pour cet appartement. Il est, de plus, avec 2 chambres et une belle salle de bain, très fonctionnel. L'état de propreté lorsqu'on entre dans l'appartement. Je trouve que le coût du ménage (70,00€) est cher, et lorsque je m'aperçois, qu'il y a toujours des zones "grises", dans l'appartement, au début du séjour, je me pose des questions sur le nettoyage précédent notre arrivée.

This was our 3rd time in this apartment and we love it. Great location and idea for a family skiing holiday / C'était notre 3ème fois dans cet appartement et nous l'adorons. Super emplacement et idée pour des vacances au ski en famille A tv that can get uk channels or play DVD’s to help entertain the children and or free WiFi so they can use the internet more freely / Une télévision qui peut obtenir des chaînes britanniques ou lire des DVD pour divertir les enfants et / ou une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite pour qu'ils puissent utiliser Internet plus librement.
