C'est pas le grand luxe du tout, mais c'est dans un immeuble au calme, et avec une belle vue sur la station et le centre de La Clusaz. Le parking souterrain est un petit plus qui fait bien plaisir.

Bel endroit simple et agréable

Très bon accueil, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et en prime une belle vue. Je ne sais pas si tous les studios ont une vue.

Staff were great. Room clean but basic. Close to slopes and town centre. Kitchen and living area small. Only 5 of us in apartment for 8( 8 would have been very cramped) but ok for us

La Clusax appartment

Basic apartment in a very good location with an amazing view. Staff were very friendly. Kitchen area lovely but sofa bed could b updated. Very friendly village, excellent ski slopes, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Très bien situé et équipé, à distance de marche raisonnable des remonte-pentes avec l’equipenent de ski. Couche 6 personnes, à prix abordable. Nous avions loué une voiture à Genève, mais une fois sur place nous ne l’avons jamais utilisé, tous les services sont plus facile d’accès à pied.

Only on the 3rd floor: good view, but near the village center with loud music events in the evening. Very small bedroom -a suitcase does not fit in and no windows - just a tiny scuttle (Luke) above.

Great staff, dirty apartment

We always expected this to be a basic holiday, but the apartment was dirty - everything was covered in dog hair! The blankets were so bad that even after shaking them for five minutes clouds of dust were still coming from them. The bed had a broken slat and the mattress was very smelly, again it was wet dog. On the plus side the view was amazing and the staff extremely friendly. The photos must have been taken when it was new 20 years ago. Everything is very tired now.

Pas idéal pour les familles

Bien placé par rapport au centre du village mais les appartements sont vetustes et mal insonorisés. De plus, les appartements pour une famille de 4 personnes sont très petits et le parking est difficilement accessible avec une voiture de taille moyenne. Résidence plus adaptée a des groupes de jeunes qu’a des familles.

Etablissement situé en plein centre de la Clusaz, proche des commerces et restaurants - pas au pied des pistes mais accès facile- personnel très accueillant.

Super nice view from the room!!! The staff called me few hours before checking in that I need to take the key in another place, which is near. Opening hour of the reception is short but I could ask for help from another nearby hotel. Somethings in the room were malfunctioning, the staff helped to call the technician for fixing them in short time. Enjoyed staying in the well equipped room. The room would be perfect if there is a washing machine.

Attention !!! pas ce qu'il est écris sur Hotel's

A part un mensonge IL N'Y PAS DE PISCINE. Un manque d'information à la réservation comme la non fourniture de draps et les photos pas réelles. Le personnel est très agréable et la résidence est bien située

Bien situé

Bien situé avec un accueil au top effectué par une charmante réceptionniste. Attention ce n'est pas un appart -hôtel, donc pensez a emmener vos serviettes. L'accès au SPA est un vrai plus même si il n'est pas dans la résidence.

Tiny space. Pool is not at same facility. Well equipped but lacking some basics like extra toilet paper, dish soap, dish towels, hand soap, salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. Village 75% closed in mid September. Did allow early checkin.

Etat des équipements médiocre

Ecart entre les photos et la réalité du studio. Equipements (salle de bains, cuisine, chambres et sejour)à moderniser. L'etat de propreté est très limite. Situation géographique très bonne et accueil très sympathique.
