"Staff was great, the few restaurants were ok at best. The plaza after dark… don’t stop for over a minute unless you want people to aggressively try and sell you drugs. Beautiful city, great hotel, fantastic staff… just don’t go out after dark."

"We had a great stay for 4 days. They helped us check in with ease and brought our luggage to the room for us. Gave us a list of recommended restaurants which did not disappoint. Staff also arranged for us to get picked up from the train station. This was helpful because during the month of August many Italians vacation so the train station seemed somewhat deserted. Very minimal taxi drivers can be found. The room was beautiful and clean. Stove top, pots/pans, fridge/freezer, balcony, safe,...
