"Great place"

"Love the breakfast. Very fresh and clean.... 1st floor needs new carpet. Restroom at room no hot water..."

"Hotel is under remodeling, elevators were out of service and our room was in the 4th floor. We had to use the emergency stairs which had no a/c and the temperature in Mexicali was over 100 degrees fahrenheit. The staff at the front desk didn’t even make an effort to apologize for the inconvenience or offer some kind of compensation. The staff in the lobby, security and restaurant on the other hand thanked us for staying, apologized for the inconvenience and invited us to come back once the remodel was completed. If I had known the hotel was under remodeling I would have booked somewhere else. "

"NOT/ MY TASTE SO I WEN OUT TO HAVE BETTER FOOD FOR LESS COST ABOUT THE ROOM THEY HAVE PROBLES WITH THE PLUMING NO HOT WATER EVERY BODAY WAS COMPLAINING SO WE NOT GOING BACK TO THE HOTEL"

"Everything was great except that my room was next to a main blvd and the noise was very loud while trying to sleep. But the Hotel is great "

"floor in the bathroom was very dirty, no shampoo. Body wash , lotion . toilet paper, only two towels for a room reserved for 3, pool was very durty. phone in the rooms are not working"

"Need large breakfast or better breakfast.."

"The room was cozy and the price was affordable. However this is the second time in 2 separate occassions that the vents in the restroom were extremely dirty. It makes you question whether they really deep clean the rooms after guests checkout"
