Super clean room and AC was working great for the weather we were in (116 degrees). This was the first time ever our dog gets special treatment from a hotel! Had food and water bowls, treats and a bed for her. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine good service. Nice staff. The only complaint was the TV wasn't able to show things in English. That also may have been my ignorance. Also I was far down at the end of property and didn't get good phone service. That could have been my phone. All else was good. Good price for room.

At first I was given a corner room near the entrance of the hotel. I went back to the reception area and ask for a different room and I received a different room. This room was clean. The room safe didn’t work, needs some sort of power for it to operate. The sink towel had a hole in the middle of it. Someone didn’t pay attention. Also there was no wash cloth in the shower. Don’t know if that was an oversight or not. Also it would be nice to have some sort of instructions for the air conditioning system. Being able to adjust the temperature and fan speed shouldn’t be a mystery.
