"Room heaters very weak, almost zero. I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! Das warme Essen befand sich im Kühlschrank, aber ohne Hinweis, wo man es wieder aufwärmen konnte. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut."
