Cocoonr agency offers this charming 160 m² house in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères to rent for up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 100 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four good-sized bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels are extra. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, pool table convertible into table tennis table and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) and double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- Bathroom (with bath) and WC

On the mezzanine :
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)

The house has been designed to be pleasant and practical for everyone, with a few extra touches for families: trampoline, swing, safety gate on two staircases and fully fenced garden, ideal for both children and pets.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (sheets not provided), plancha.

Outside:
- A beautiful, north-facing, private, enclosed garden of 1,000 m².
- A north-east-facing terrace of around 15 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, in a very pleasant setting with uninterrupted views over fields and forest. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (for 4 vehicles). A garage is also available for storing equipment such as bikes, scooters or motorbikes.

- A bus stop is about 5 minutes' walk away.
- Nearest train station: Bruyères station, about 6 minutes (4.6 km) by car.

- Bed linen and towels are optional and extra, to be paid for with the partner on site. You are welcome to bring your own sheets.
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics)
- Fireplace: wood available on site at extra cost for a daily fire. Hire and payment to be made to the service provider on site.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay. Please specify when booking.
- The house has 3 levels connected by stairs.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- In July and August, rentals are only available from Saturday to Saturday.
- In order to make travellers aware of their responsibilities in terms of reasonable use, and in the event of excessive consumption, electricity will be billed at an additional rate of €0.17/kWh. The meter will be read on arrival and departure. Consumption must be paid separately to the concierge.
