About this property
Fully equipped for a family & 300 metres from the ski area!
Apartment Andrij is situated in the picturesque French mountain village of La Chapelle D'abondance in the Portes du Soleil ski area and is a short walk from the local Cret-Bien chair lifts and all the amenities that the village has to offer.
Built in 2016, this ground floor two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a south facing terrace overlooking the mountains that has been furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for your holiday in the Alps.
The apartment has two bedrooms with kingsize beds in both. However the beds in the Marmot room can be separated from a king size to two twin beds depending on your requirements.
Should extra sleeping space be needed there is a coin-montage, which is a typical French bunk bed arrangement in the hallway next to the family bathroom and WC which can be closed off to the rest of the apartment making another separate room.
The living area has a modern and well equipped open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, combination oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher and ample kitchen and dinning equipment that you may need during your stay.
The large six seater dinning table has plenty of space for you to enjoy a home cooked meal using some of the amazing local produce from the region after an active day out in the mountains.
There is a widescreen television and free wifi through-out the apartment along with a docking station so you can listen to your favourite play list.
The living area opens up onto the ground floor terrace where there is a four seater dining table and chairs looking out to the mountains and cross country ski route.
There is also a secure storage room for private use in the basement for you to store ski boots/ski's, suitcases etc. Feel free to use the equipment that you will find in there like sledge, highchair etc.
There is one private parking space included in the rental of the apartment.
La Chapelle D'abondance is linked to the 650km pistes that make up the Portes du Soleil ski area and the lifts can be easily reached with the free ski bus just a short walk from the apartment. The local Cret Bien chairlift can be reached on foot just 300 metres from the apartment.
The area is not only renowned for the variety of skiing terrain but there are other activities for everyone to enjoy including cross country skiing, husky sled rides, thermal baths and much more.
Summer is beautiful here and there are many more activities on offer like mountain biking, white water rafting, fishing and hiking. If it's beach, swimming or relaxing that you enjoy there are plenty of lovely lakes nearby including Lake Geneva which is an easy day trip.
La Chapelle D'abondance has a year round community, it's own microbrewery and some of the best gastronomic restaurants in the area so come and explore for yourself and if you've enjoyed your stay please leave us some feedback.

Super apartment. Light, bright, clean, warm, spacious and sunny with lovely mountain views. Suited us being in a quiet location. You ideally need a car to get to the area and the various lift stations and for bigger supermarket shop. Worked well for us as the flexible booking meant we were able to do a Sunday to Saturday stay.
Was great to find some bits and pieces provided including salt/ pepper/ tea bags/coffee/wash up liquid etc etc. Also appreciated that beds made and towels provided. Would recommend this apartment and would certainly stay again.

Appartement tres cosy tres bien entretenu. Tout etait fait a notre arrivée! Lits faits également . Pour 5 adultes, les lits sont un peu juste niveau largeur (70cm). Appatment tres pratique.
nickel sejour. super emplacement face a la montagne sans vis a vis. tout confort et très bien équipé. mon fils fait du velo de descente et nous de la rando, les portes du soleil sont très proches et merci pr la machine à laver, elle a bien servi .

Nous avons séjourné pour Noël dans l'appartement de Samantha et nous avons adoré. L'appartement est très propre, 'très bien équipé, très bien agencé. Tout est neuf. Il est à 400 mètres des pistes de Cré Bénis. Si vous voulez aller à Chatel, des navettes passent régulièrement.
Le village de la Chapelle d Abondance est. Authentique, les chalets sont tous très jolis. La commune organise de nombreuses manifestations. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut c'est très appréciable. Au delà du ski, nous avons également randonné en raquette.
Samantha est hyper reactive et facilitatrice.
De supers vacances, de très beaux souvenirs ! Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement situé plein sud avec un belle terrasse ensoleillée et vue sur les montagnes (très beaux levé et couché de soleil !!!!). A ne pas louper !
