Located in the hamlet of Suvay between Châtel and La Chapelle d'Abondance, the Marie Blanche farm has two apartments restored to create a warm atmosphere. (3 minutes from the center of Châtel)

This 65m2 apartment is very cozy. It offers many advantages, is ideal for a family of 5 people. It can however accommodate 6 people thanks to the sofa bed.
A heated entrance hall.
A beautiful living room with wood stove, kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.
A first double bedroom with double bed (160x200), French window opening onto the terrace.
A 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), and a single bed 90x200 with French window also opening onto the terrace.
In the living room the sofa bed offers a very good bed (140/200)
A bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet.
A very practical dressing room to store all your belongings, bags ...
A beautiful wooden terrace where you can eat in summer and store skis in winter, a beautiful L-shaped balcony to admire this beautiful landscape.

Modern, homely and great facilities
Property in a great location. Very helpful and friendly owner and welcomed by neighbour. The property is warm, and cosy with everything you need and more. Comfortable beds and good sized lounge/diner plus underfloor heating and real fire. We'd definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location.
We have had a wonderful week staying in this lovely apartment. It is situated in a really quiet location but it is easy to get to Chatel and the ski slopes. Really well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area with wood burner - really cosy after a day on the slopes. The children loved their bunk room and the toys and books provided. We would definitely love to come back here again. Thank you Christine.

Very nice apartment - perfect for a family
Extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. Perfect for a family. Much more spacious than typical 2 bed apartments. Wood burning stove is really nice. Well located but a car is necessary. Would definitely stay there again.

Très belle semaine de vacances
Le chalet est très joli et vraiment très bien équipé, calme. L'environnement est reposant. On se sent à la campagne et en même temps l'accès aux commerces est proche. Cet emplacement géographique nous a permis de visiter les bords du Léman et la Suisse en étant à 45 min d'Evian ou de Montreux par ex. Sans compter les randos possibles en montagnes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur excellent contact.

Très bel appartement et bien équipé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’appartement est très beau, très bien équipé et dans un joli cadre. Vraiment superbe. A noter que l’emplacement ne permet pas de se rendre dans le village à pied, il faudra prendre impérativement la voiture (mais ce n’est pas très loin). Aussi, 2 bémols toutefois : - le wifi qui est vraiment très très moyen. Le réseau 4G passe très mal dans le chalet. Si juste pour du loisir pas de souci, mais si vous comptez travailler un peu, cela peut être compliqué. - l’insonorisation insuffisante avec l’appartement du dessus. Attention si il est occupé par une famille peu attentive (ce qui fut notre cas).

Excellent séjour aux portes de Chatel dans la jolie vallée d Abondance
Appartement très chaleureux, confortable, propre et bien équipé (avec tout le confort moderne) dans charmant chalet typique. Nous avons eu un très bon séjour. Nous avons pu prendre nos repas dehors ce qui était très agréable. Très bon accès à toutes les randonnées de la vallée d Abondance. Nous recommandons chaleureusement. De surcroit, contact tres facile et fluide avec la propriétaire.
