Beautiful rooms, great beds. Pools were lovely with nice seating areas. Loved the interior design of the entire hotel, beautiful views, all very clean. The upstairs restaurant had good food. As for the negatives: no minibar/fridge in the room to keep some drinks; no airconditioning/fan and the room got quite hot; breakfast costs €24,- pp and I had to make my own scrambled eggs which I had never seen before, very overpriced; we had to share the balcony from our room with other guests; though most of the staff was friendly, some of them were downright rude. Overall a nice hotel but they need to make some changes to become great.

Nice big rooms, good beds. Pools were lovely with very convenient seating areas and the hotel was very well maintained. Free parking. Loved the interior design. En pärla

Trevligt boende med vänlig personal och skön känsla. Vi tog halvpension. Rejäl och bra frukost och fantastiska middagar. Hotellet har två restauranger så det blir lite variation. Kan varmt rekommenderas. Tog bara en kvart med bil till liften. En annan fördel var att det fanns längdskidspår 3 min promenad från hotellet.

Pretty setting. Hotel restaurant is apparently good but we were unable to make a reservation. Communication was difficult as the staff exclusively spoke French and were unable to communicate with us in English, German or Italian - while we were able to understand the gist, it is surprising for a hotel that presumably attracts a diverse clientele. No hairdryer in room and WiFi was unreliable. Overall it is surprising that the hotel has a 4 star rating as that was not our experience.

Bel Hotel au calme

Joli hôtel et personnel accueillant, la chambres triple est très petite avec peu de rangements, même pas d'endroit pour poser la valise. En revanche la salle de bain est top avec pour une fois un bon plan de travail et une étagère. Nous avons mangé au restaurant qui nous a été présenté comme gastronomique, mais avons été déçus. 2h pour recevoir l'entrée et le plat, qui étaient "quelconques". Pas mauvais mais rien d'exceptionnel, bémol sur un nouveau plat : Brochette gambas-St jacques curry lait de coco, alors qu'il y avait une belle cuisson des produits, les accompagnements et sauces étaient tout simplement beaucoup trop sucrés et de fait le plat en était déséquilibré. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi, malheureusement la météo n'a pas contribué à notre séjour. En conclusion, et dans l'ensemble nous avons trouvé les prestations agréables mais trop chères.

Week-end très agréable. Hôtel restaurant très chaleureux, la Famille Trincaz et son personnel sympathique, commerçante et à votre écoute. Nous avons pris une heure de massage très agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Lugar de ensueño

Fue una experiencia lindisima. Nos quedamos maravillados. Una espectacular vista a las montañas, el personal super maravilloso, realmente un sueño. La habitacion pequeña pero acogedora. Nos toco la tematica de oso y a mis hijos les encanto. Una muy buena idea de separa el wc de la ducha. Super recomendable

An oasis while walking the GR5

We arrived very wet and grubby after being in the hills during a storm. Although it is a smart hotel, we were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. We stayed two nights and ended up well rested and fed and with our clothes clean! Highly recommended.

Great Hotel But Poor Booking Process

Really good stay. Hotel took payment though when they were not supposed to when booked and despite numerous emails hotels.com did not resolve which was really frustrating.
