Come enjoy this brand-new apartment, complete with a sauna and a large south-facing terrace.
Construction will be completed in July 2022.

THE APARTMENT

You’ll discover a living room with large picture windows facing the mountains, a generously equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, food processor…), a traditional 2-person sauna (glass-enclosed, with lighting and music), 2 smart TVs (compatible with Netflix, YouTube…), and a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a full-size bed measuring 191 cm x 136 cm. A travel cot is also available.

A terrace of nearly 25m² lets you bask in the sun, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, cook delicious meals on the griddle, or relax in the shade.
A private parking space is available in front of the chalet.
The entrance is easily accessible on the ground floor (no steps to climb).


The bedroom features a large bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, an Emma mattress (voted "Best Choice" by UFC Que Choisir and certified chemical-free), as well as a down comforter and duck-down pillows to ensure you enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
There’s also a Smart TV across from the bed for your film nights.

The beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels and basic toiletries will be provided.

LOCATION

The apartment is ideally located on the southern slope of La Bresse, halfway up the hillside.
A path will take you to the city centre shops in an 8-minute walk:
bakeries, restaurants, butcher shop, cheese shop, delicatessen, sports store, wellness centre…
In winter, the access road is always ploughed, as is the car park.

The ski slopes of the famous La Bresse-Hohneck ski area (36 runs) are a 10-minute drive away.
A shuttle bus also runs from city centre.

There are many outdoor activities and excursions available in the surrounding area: mountain biking, road cycling, fishing, paragliding, hiking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, downhill skiing, sledding, rock climbing…
