  • NEW COTTAGE ON BRESSE

    1950s house of 190m2 renovated in a recent chalet style keeping the charm of the old.
    Its capacity and up to 12 people + a baby.

    She is composed:
    A large living room, with integrated and equipped kitchen open to living / dining room with a table that can accommodate 12 people + a high chair for a baby.
    A veranda with indoor living room, library, and board games.

    Two bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in shower, one with a real Jacuzzi tub.
    Two wc
    A sauna and its accessories for 5/6 people

    Upstairs, 4 bedrooms of 16m2 each:
    - Bedroom 1, 160x200 bed, a cot and a wardrobe
    - Bedroom 2, a 90x190 bunk bed + 2 single 90x190 beds and a wardrobe
    - Bedroom 3, 160x200 bed and wardrobe
    - Bedroom 4, a 90x190 bunk bed + 140x190 bed and a wardrobe.

    All rooms are fitted with blackout curtains.

    A large games room (adults and children) with:
    - An American pool table, table football, and teen corner (TV with console + games).

    2 garages: one for skiing and hiking and the other for bikes and motorbikes.

    The main oil heating is included in the rental price, a pellet stove is in the main room (a bag offered on arrival for a rental week) + electricity (additional special fee) of 0.15KWh.

    The tourist tax, new 2019 rate, will also have to be taken into account, depending on the rental price.

    You can enjoy all the ski activities in the Lispach area (cross country and downhill) less than 5 minutes, from the shuttle stop almost in front of the house to go to the Hohneck area.
    The Gérardmer ski slopes are 9 km away.

    For the little ones, tobogganing activities and snow buoys at Wiidoo Gliss at 3 minutes.

    Walks or hikes, electric mountain biking (rental in La Bresse center) 3 minutes away ...

    Our swimming pool, bowling alley and outdoor skating rink in the center 4 minutes away.

    A super U store is available 3 minutes away.

Le chalet était très agréable avec tout pour se distraire en famille : sauna, billard, baby-foot. Propre et fonctionnel, rien à redire. Et le temps nous a permis de faire des activités dans les environs : randonnée et accroc branche au bol d'air. très bon week-end.

Avons séjourné pour la semaine du nouvel an avec 2 couples d amis (10 personnes avec les ados) ou nous avons tous trouvez notre place dans ce grand logement. Logement complet avec de très belles chambres mais aussi une très belle pièce a vivre ou l'on peut tous se réunir pour une grande tablée. Le sauna a fait le plaisir des adultes et la salle de jeux des ados. Parfaitement situé entre la Bresse et Gerardmer ou l'on trouve tout à proximité. Très bon accueil de la personne en charge du logement. Très bon séjour passé je recommande.

Le logement est confortable, spacieux, très propre, bien équipé. Danielle est très réactive. Le seul bémol est le chauffage. Nous avions très froid à l'étage et dans les salles de bain, car il n'y avait quasiment pas de chauffage (malgré l'intervention de Danielle qui a tenté de solutionner le problème). C'était assez problématique, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge (et se doucher dans une pièce froide, c'est désagréable !). Mais mis à part ce souci qui peut être facilement réglé, le logement est super !!

Nous avons loués le chalet entre amis. Se fut un week-end très agréable tant par l'environnement (possibilité de faire des grandes balades en forêt) que par le confort du chalet ! La gérante s'est montrée arrangeante et très accueillante, et je l'en remercie vivement.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans votre maison. Tout le monde y trouve son compte (jeux, sauna...)Un petit plus serait de la lumière supplémentaire au-dessus du miroir des lavabos de la salle de bains du RDC. Location idéale pour une grande famille

Belle et grande maison bien aménagée. Idéale en cas beau temps (belle véranda+espace extérieur couvert + espace vert plat pour jeux d'extérieurs derrière la maison) ... ou en cas de pluie comme ce fut le cas pour notre semaine de vacances (grands volumes , salle de jeux, billard, babyfoot). Il y a de la place pour garer plusieurs voitures. Propriétaires très arrangeants (heures d'arrivée/ départ ; chauffage si nécessaire hors saison). En leur absence c'est Danielle qui a servi d'intermédiaire. Merci pour son attention et sa réactivité en cas de besoin. Très bonne literie. Seul bémol pour les chambres : celle attenant à la salle de jeux a un tapis genre sisal au sol dont l'odeur pourrait incommoder certaines personnes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location! Pour info, nous avions 2 bébés et 2 enfants de moins de 5 ans avec nous.

Chalet très confortable et agréable à vivre. De nombreuses options tel que sauna, baignoire jacuzzi et salle de billard et baby foot , permettent à tout un chacun d'y séjourner à son aise même en étant nombreux ! les chambres sont claires et spacieuses et la pièce de vie très agréable avec sa cuisne ouverte très fonctionnelle.
