The apartment is part of a small condominium of 5 apartments, designed in an old farm Vosges, 2 km from the largest ski resort in the Vosges "LA BRESSE HOHNECK". (Snow canons - Aurora and nocturnal skiing.) And 8 km from downtown La Bresse.

Spacious duplex of 60 m2 plus terrace 10 m2 facing south, completely renovated in 2014. ALL equipment is from 2014. (bedding, furniture, appliances, TV ...)

No holiday vouchers. No smoking. Animals not accepted. No carpet. No carpets.

Baby pack available. (Cot, bath, changing mat, high chair.).

3 tables and 6 garden chairs for the terrace. Ski locker. (3/4 pairs of skis.)
Linen not provided. (Possibility of renting on external company). Electricity in addition, (0. 18 € TTC / Kwh) following meter reading, and tourist tax of 0. 94 € / day / person of + 13 years.

WEEKLY RENTAL COMPLETE during school holidays. Outside school holidays, possibility of short stays. Cleaning to do when leaving or charged 60 €.

Located in the High Vosges, 8 km from the center of Bresse, labeled 2 *, (very accessible road, cleared and perfectly maintained). You will find in Bresse:

Swimming pool, ice rink (in winter), cinema, bowling, tennis, wall climbing, adventure park, zip line 1 km, athletics track, paragliding .... Various winter activities for young and old. (Biathlon, cross-country skiing, hiking with snowshoes ....). In summer, you will benefit from a network of incomparable hikes, (Circuits pedestrian, VTT and trails) and perfectly marked by the Federation of the Club Vosgien. (Many lakes quickly accessible. Fishing in summer)

In summer, do not miss an evening in a farm inn on the famous "Route des Crêtes" to taste the mountain atmosphere of the Vosges and its famous (and nourishing!) "Marcaire" menu. You can see the chamois there.
In a completely different field, ski jumping contest on springboard, in Ventron, La Bresse, Bussang and Gérardmer. To have !

In La Bresse, all daily businesses, supermarkets, banks, post office, doctors .....

Gérardmer and its lake are 20 km away. (Casino, tennis, paddle boats, skiing in winter). Colmar and the many famous and magical Alsacian Christmas markets 60 km away by a very accessible road. (1 hour drive to Colmar or Kaysersberg.). Visit of (very picturesque) wine cellars all year round ...
