GET AWAY TO OLERON - HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND IN A BREATHING DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH (ONLY 100 M).

Located north of the island, far from the summer hustle and bustle, lies a quiet and charming village called La Brée-les-Bains
There can be found the "Villa La Ventourette", a typical and comfortable family home. The villa has been completely renovated in 2022. The Dubois family created a cozy and pleasant place for stays with family or friends.

Take advantage of your journey to discover the island, by foot or by bike. Oleron island is also great for riding waves, riding horses, and enjoying French cuisine.

Household linen is provided and the beds are made upon your arrival.

Superb!

Lovely villa with brilliant pool area. Really close to 2 great beaches and the local shops/market. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The house is in a stellar location, easy access for beach and shopping/restaurants, very clean and perfect for our group. Check in and out was easy and the host was really helpful!Pool was fab. We would return to this house anytime. Highly recommended. The only criticism is the toilet evacuation is slow due to old plumbing, and one of the beds was a bit too firm for comfort.

Maison très agréable et idéalement située dans La Brée-les-Bains. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine et nous des fruits de mer. Je recommande cette location.

Excellent séjour!

Jolie maison oléronnaise agréable et confortable au Nord-Est de l'île, à la fois proche des plages et du centre de la Brée les Bains avec ses commerces, la location de vélos, et son marché à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélos. Pendant les fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet, la maison a su garder sa fraîcheur et la piscine a été très appréciable! Une belle adresse pour venir ou revenir sur l'île.
