Throughout the year, our accommodation welcomes you as a couple or as a family, for a discovery of the spa resort of La Bourboule and its surroundings but also for your cure. Curists are welcome! A 10-minute walk away, take a break at the Fenestre park, a very wooded place where you can picnic and enjoy children's games. For lovers of skiing, a ski area extends to the Puy de Sancy in winter and the rest of the year, the GR30 takes you through the land of lakes and volcanoes but also to discover the heritage and gastronomy of Auvergne.
Apartment located in a closed residence, it is ideal for your winter or summer holidays or your spa treatments. Private parking. 10 minutes walk from the city centre, the thermal baths. Close to shops, children's park, water sports centre.
Located on the 1st floor, without lift, it is composed of: a kitchen, dining area, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Access to the apartment is illuminated in the evening.
An outdoor room is at your disposal to store skis, bicycles...

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, benefits from a good exposure. Kitchen with dining area including, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, airfryer, waffle iron, fruit squeezer. Living room with sofa bed, television. A bedroom with a 140/190* bed, a storage cupboard. A bathroom, sink, shower cubicle and toilet.
You will be welcomed by a concierge service available throughout your stay.
The latter will contact you 24/48 hours before your arrival, either by text message or by phone. If you arrive late, it is possible to pick up the gate code, the beep and the keys to the accommodation at the concierge service.
