L'appartement est rénové, moderne, propre et très bien placé dans La Bourboule : à côté de l'église sur l'avenue principale avec restaurants, boulangerie, marché, autres commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Les randonnées et visites sont nombreuses tout autour de la Bourboule et des villes et villages voisins.

Très bon emplacement ,un peu bruyant ,en cause ,les restaurants.logement très bien fourni en vaisselle et très bon matériel électroménager
