LA BOURBOULE, 300m from the town centre and the thermal baths, in a small residence, bright 3-bedroom apartment of approximately 68m² located on the first floor (mezzanine level).

It comprises an entrance hall,

a living room with dual aspect windows,
a fully equipped separate kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.,
a double bedroom with a 140cm bed and wardrobe,
a bedroom with a 140cm bed,
a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe,
a bathroom (small clawfoot bathtub),
and a separate toilet.

A small courtyard furnished with a table and chairs is also available.
This apartment is rated 2 stars ** as furnished tourist accommodation.

Sleeps up to 6 people.

Pets are not allowed.

Bel emplacement baignoire sabot qui est petite et très haute. Pas forcément accessible à tous.

L’appartement est très bien situé et le descriptif conforme au bien loué.Le point négatif est l’électroménager qui n’est pas très récent.Une attention particulière également à la baignoire sabot qui est petite et très haute. Elle n’est pas facilement accessible pour tous.
