  • Just 200 meters from the sea, beaches, and town center, we welcome you to this beautiful, recently renovated, cozy and fully-equipped apartment located on the upper floor of a house. A lovely south/west-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.



    The accommodation



    The apartment has a private entrance and is accessed via a staircase. It consists of 3 bedrooms, including one with two 90x200 beds that can be separated or joined according to your needs, a large independent bathroom, and 2 toilets. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a desk.



    A spacious, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer) allows you to prepare delicious meals for family and/or friends. You’ll also find a washer and dryer.

    Everything is within walking distance – the town center, sea, and beaches are 200 meters away, about a 3-minute walk. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. By car, Pornic is 10 minutes away, Saint-Nazaire 30 minutes, and Nantes 50 minutes.
