- Typical Baule villa is located 150m from Benoit beach in the quiet areas between the Hermitage Barrière and the Mini-Golf of La Baule. This renovated villa with an ultra modern design is suitable for 2 couples with children.
This house has 2 terraces depending on the time of day. An enclosed and shaded garden 300 m2 for lunches or dinners with family or friends. This house has 4 floors (steep staircase for the mezzanine style bedroom at the top with 2 single beds) The other 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160x200, 160x200 and 140x200. Distribution of rooms: the large one on the ground floor with bathroom + WC and 2 others on the 1st floor with 1 bathroom + WC. Above a room without door is suitable for children from 5 to 16 years old. Please note A DEPOSIT of 2500 € is required on arrival by bank transfer or check and returned within 10 days after rental.

idéalement située (sauf si on veut une vue mer bien sûr), deux terrasses, très bien décorée, toute en hauteur, vérifier l'adéquation des chambres avec les personnes qui viendront
