A fancy for the seaside? Come and stay in this beautiful apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and relax whilst contemplating the sea from the magnificent terrace! You can walk or cycle to the town centre of Pouliguen located less than a kilometre away or take the embankment, with an unobstructed view of the ocean, to reach the market in La Baule or Avenue de Gaulle where you will find shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and lovely boutiques. The beach establishments offer their menus with iodised flavours, to be savoured over a drink with family or friends with your feet in the sand! To vary your pleasures, you can spend an evening at the Casino, discover the ramparts and salt marshes of Guérande, taste ice creams or chichis along the quays of Pouliguen.
Comfortable and fully equipped 80 m² sea-view apartment on the 1st floor with lift, located in La Baule-Escoublac, which has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). It has three bedrooms including one with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, one with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, one with bunk beds and another bathroom. Two bedrooms benefit from the sea view. You will also be able to enjoy a beautiful sea-view terrace equipped with garden furniture. As for the American-style kitchen, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A television, washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair, travel cot, baby bath, iron and hairdryer are also at your disposal. Two outdoor parking spaces and a bicycle storage room in the building (no bicycle loan) complete this accommodation.

Situation générale bonne pres mer. Par contre gros défaut : vis à vis très proche si bien que le balcon ou nous aurions pu déjeuner et dîner.. trop proche du voisin d’en face. L’autre point negatif : la propreté de l’appartement laissait à désirer dans ttes les pièces et la literie
Logement très bien petit bémol les chaises de la salle a manger pas propre il faudrait changer les coussins et faire les poussières dommage c'est un très beau logement
