  • A family-friendly apartment in the heart of La Baule, facing Parc des Dryades—everything is within walking or cycling distance. La Baule les Pins train station is a 5-minute walk, the beach is 750 m away, and shops are 500 m away.



    Fully renovated in spring 2020, the apartment offers a south-facing aspect with no overlooking neighbors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets—ideal for privacy. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi and TV are provided. The residence features a pleasant setting and a shared, unheated pool open in July and August.



    The 60 m² apartment accommodates 4 guests, with one bedroom featuring a 160 cm double bed and the other two 90 cm single beds. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for an extra charge. There are two bathrooms with showers, two toilets, a living-dining room, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the south-facing balcony with outdoor seating and direct access to Parc des Dryades. Located on the first floor with elevator access, the building offers a secure bike room and a summer-only unheated pool.



    Free parking spaces are available in front of and around Parc des Dryades.



    Other notes: 200 m from Sporting Tennis Club, 10 minutes from the equestrian club, 5 minutes from La Baule woods, and many activities right by Parc des Dryades. 500 m from shops and Avenue Lajarrige, 750 m from the beach. Cleaning is included and mandatory. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra charge—please book via the platform.
