"C’était notre deuxième séjour et nous sommes hyper déçus par ce qu’est devenue la location. L’emplacement est génial mais l’entretien laisse à désirer. Rambarde d’escalier pleine de moisissures, idem pour la porte des toilettes. Alèses des lits sales, poils, cheveux, poussières et sable. Mouton sois l’oreiller. L’agence de location nous a proposé un changement d’alèses et de faire passer une équipe de ménage… mais bien sûr pas de geste commercial ! "

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus! Die Aufteilung ist perfekt für große Familien mit vielen Kindern! Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, der überdachte Balkon ist perfekt für windigere oder regnerische Tage. Im Garten ist viel Platz für Autos und Spiele im Freien. Rundherum zu empfehlen! "

"Our second time here and we had another great stay. The location is perfect with the beach and local shops (and a brilliant Hyper U!) nearby (all walkable!). Our dog was very secure in the garden surrounding the house and the welcome from the housekeeper was as warm and friendly as ever. No complaints again!"

"Lots of space, all the necessities included! They even had the equipment to go rock-pooling. We were a family of 2 adults, 2 kids and a grandparent and were able to spread out across the rooms. It would equally work well for 2 families of 4. We didn't use the spa bath. Good location Would definitely go again, met all our criteria and worked very well for us! "

"Small scale resort at the ocean front. It is a very nice location with sufficient restaurants. Shops are a bit further. The location is great with children."

"The house is very well placed for the beach (though not overlooking it), walks, the shop and Gustav's bar and restaurant (recommended). We were surprised to find the downstairs bedroom was not self-contained, so the other couple had to walk through to access the very steep stairs, the bathroom and the lavatory. The standard of equipment was high - sophisticated hob/oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but no dinner knives! Noirmoutier is glorious."

"We came one week to see my family living nearby, so I know the area. This house is perfectly located, 15 minutes walk to the heart of Pornic, 5 minutes to the ocean that you can see from the bedroom on the 2nd floor. Tastefully furnished, the main room is super cosy with a fireplace and a fully appointed kitchen. Warm welcome by the hostess who is very nice and helpful. Don't forget to ask her recommendation for restaurants and places to go !"
