Country House "Le Clos Leonard" with Private Pool, Terrace & Wi-Fi

Located in La Balme-de-Sillingy, near Annecy, this charming 250 m² country house with an unoccupied annex welcomes up to 15 guests, including a baby bed with a real mattress. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a 50 m² veranda opening onto the terrace and pool, and several relaxation areas for your comfort.



The three upstairs bedrooms are arranged as follows:



- Bedroom 1: 4 beds with 1 double and 2 singles, bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, double sink, and adjoining dressing room on the same landing.

- Duplex Bedroom 1: downstairs, 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and single sink; upstairs, 2 beds with 1 double separated by a blackout curtain from another double bed. Toilet on the landing.

- Duplex Bedroom 2: downstairs, 1 double bed, bathroom with shower and single sink; upstairs, 2 beds separated by a blackout curtain: 1 double and 1 single bed. Toilet on the landing.



Secure parking in the courtyard for several vehicles and a bike storage room are available. Parties such as bachelor/bachelorette events and large gatherings are not permitted. Outdoor noise is allowed until 10 p.m.; afterward, please respect the neighbors or continue your activities indoors.



All shops are 5 minutes away by car, with a bus to Annecy and bike paths nearby. Hiking trails are just 1 minute away by car. The house is fully independent, though a small part of the terrace faces a neighboring development with no direct view. Some traffic noise may occur during rush hours, but the area remains quiet. Video surveillance on the opposite building ensures security when the house is unoccupied, but it is disabled during your stay.
