Excellent 38sqm apartment on the ground floor in a modern building, near the sanded beaches with crystal clear sea, excellent restaurants and many shops. Well-equipped with all you need for a good holiday. Located in a quiet area with view of the lighthouse islands and the sea less than 5 minutes walk from a choice of beaches, city center including a huge selection of restaurants, bars, shops with private parking (assigned location and free). spacious living room with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs opening onto a 24m² terrace with table and 4 chairs, loungers and umbrellas and also with an electric blind. American kitchen including induction hob, oven, hood, built-in microwave, fridge-freezer. Double bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and built-in wardrobe, window to the terrace. Bathroom with large shower, sink, washing machine. toilet. Second freezer.

An exellent solution few steps from Ille Rousse

We appreciated our stay at this unit and enjoyed a lot the spacious terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine in the bathroom is very useful considering a stay of a week. We also appreciated some wine and sweets left as a welcome gift by the oner. It has been a little bit hard to find the correct building as google maps did not send us to the right position (we got advised about it). Meeting somebody at check in would have been very appreciated just to give a more personal touch to the experience. We made a lot a research about things to do and see in the sorroundings but someboby might have need some advises. Standard rectangular pillows would have been a plus in addition to the french squared ones we found.

Séjour du 9 Aout au 16 Aout 2025 en couple. Appartement conforme à la description . Grande terrasse avec store et parasol pour une détente agréable sur la terrasse avec vue mer. Agréable pour un couple d'être à proximité du centre ville(place paoli) 5mns à pieds le soir pour sortir, et idem pour se baigner. Appartement ne donnant pas sur la rue donc aucune nuisance sonore. Nous avons grandement apprécié cette location et le contact avec suzanne (la propriétaire) très agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement, de plus un parking privatif est proposé ce qui n'est pas rien en centre ville. Aucun vis à vis face à la terrasse ancien golf et l'ile des la piétra. Idéalement situé à 400 mètres du centre ville et des plages. Appartement très fonctionnel, on y trouve tout le confort possible, très propre. Nous avons été super bien reçu , l'appartement est au top , super grande terrasse vue sur la mer , bien équipé avec ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine , les propriétaires sont charmants , a notre écoute , les commerces sont pas loin , il y a même un Leclerc a 500m a pied .
