The apartment is ideally located since your trips will not require vehicles! Port (with arrival of ferries), train station, city center, beaches and diving will be on foot!

An island paradise!

Our stay at Isa’s was amazing. Her home is quiet, well appointed and perfectly located to town and beaches! She was an amazing host, giving us great suggestions for places to eat and visit! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Nicely located property, with some concerns

We stayed at this property for 1 week in August 2018. The property is well-located in Ile-Rousse, as it's a short walk to the beach and the town, while remaining just outside of town in a quiet location. There's a parking space which we used, and the train station to reach Calvi and other locations is just round the corner. The property itself is good, although for the price we paid we felt it wasn't to the standard we would have expected, hence 3 stars. We paid 60 Euro for cleaning, yet the property wasn't all that clean, with a dirty floor (which we ended up cleaning ourselves), and some dirt in the kitchen. The upper balcony wasn't clean, with bird droppings all over the hammock. There were a few maintenance issues, which should be easily resolved: 1 - The wifi/internet was not working for the duration of the stay. The property was advertised as having wifi. 2 - The air-conditioning only intermittently worked. I suspect the remote needs new batteries. There is only an air-conditioning unit in the living area, and not the bedrooms which were very hot during the night. 3 - The RCD lighting circuit kept tripping. This became progressively worse so that we couldn't keep the lights on, and ended up washing in the dark. There are some mains-powered lamps, but not in the bathrooms. Despite those issues, we did enjoy our stay at the property, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, and particularly enjoyed sitting out on the lower balcony for our evening meals with a view over the sea. The location was convenient, it was very easy to get out to all the places we wanted to visit. The property manager was friendly and responsive.

L´lle Rousse von seiner besten Seite

Die FW mit zwei Terrassen bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, zwei Duschbäder und die moderne Küche bieten allen Komfort. Die Lage ist excellent und sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist der Ortskern in der Altstadt zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Wunderschönes Appartement mit perfekter Lage

Wir waren mit dem Appartement sehr zufrieden. Die Lage in der Sackgasse ist optimal, da es sehr ruhig ist. Man braucht nur ca 10 min zu Fuß in die Stadt bzw zum Strand, was sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt 2 Terrassen mit Meerblick (Tisch, Liegen, Lounge). Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche,..) und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Isa ist wirklich sehr nett und hat uns sehr herzlich (mit korsischen Spezialitäten und Tipps) empfangen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderbare Tage an einem wunderbaren Ort

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und durften auch schon früher in die Wohnung. Die hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mit Geräten, Geschirr und Besteck außergewöhnlich umfangreich. Die beiden Terrassen bieten sowohl gemütliches Liegen in der Sonne als auch komfortables Essen mit Markise. Die Lage ist ruhig und man ist in 10 Minuten in die Altstadt gelaufen. Oder auch an den Strand.

Ein wunderbarer ort

Wir 2 Paare haben 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Isa hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert. Zuerst hat das Internet nicht funktioniert, aber die Hilfsbereitschaft war groß und charmant. Sie spricht ein wunderbar langsames französisch und ist gut zu verstehen. Auch das, das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt , ist von Vorteil. So ist es schön ruhig. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la Balagne, à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Vue mer agréable !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle qui assure la conciergerie avec professionnalisme : réactivité et disponibilité au top (notamment pour régler le souci que nous avons eu avec un store bloqué) ! Les 2 terrasses avec vue mer sont vraiment très appréciables, tout comme la vue du salon. Ce logement avec ses 2 salles de bain est adapté pour les 2 couples que nous étions. En revanche elles sont vieillottes et il est préférable de ne pas les utiliser en même temps si on veut pouvoir maîtriser la température ... elles ne sont pas au niveau du reste de l'appartement décoré avec goût. Au final séjour très agréable mais tarif un peu élevé pour la prestation tant que les SdB ne seront pas refaites.

Gut gelegene, schöne Wohnung

Die schöne Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuss sind der Bahnhof in 5 Minuten und die Innenstadt von L'ile rousse in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr angenehm und freundlich.

L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, on profite de la vue magnifique, de la terrasse, des fenêtres de la pièce à vivre. Maison et cuisine très bien équipée et agencée. Endroit résidentiel et très calme. Très agréable séjour.
